Global Chant & Meditation
At a Global Chant & Meditation Event one will experience meditative practices with global chants & mantras from various spiritual traditions and languages, including: Sanskrit, Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Sufi, Indigenous and more. Global chanting from various traditions, such as Kirtan, Sufi Zikrs, Qawwali, Earth chants, Dances of Universal Peace. A short silent meditation is included and the evening often ends with a Crystal Bowl sound bath for deep relaxation.
Sound Bath Meditations
Sound Healing is an ancient technique that has been used for many thousands of years, dating back to Anceint Egypt and before.

Dances of Universal Peace
Nur Jihan is a Certified DUP Dance Leader and incorporates DUP into many of the events led and facilitated by Nur Jihan & Sarmad. Nur Jihan leads the Dancecs and Sarmad accompanies the Dances on Guitar and Frame Drums & Doumbeks.
The Dances of Universal Peace are a spiritual practice combining sacred movement, chanting, and music from various world traditions to foster unity and inner peace. Created in the 1960s by Samuel L. Lewis, they use simple, meditative steps and mantras to cultivate joy, connection, and mindfulness. These dances promote emotional healing, reduce stress, and create a sense of oneness among participants. By embodying sacred phrases and melodies, they deepen spiritual awareness and encourage harmony within oneself and the community. The practice is open to all, requiring no prior experience, and serves as a moving meditation for peace and love.
Reiki
Nur Jihan & Sarmad are Certified Reiki Masters who infuse Energy Healing with Sound Healing and the Healing effects of thier Mantric Chants, Songs & Meditations.
Mindfulness Meditation
Nur Jihan is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. She facilitates online and in-person sessions and workshops. Mindfulness brings attention to the present moment, to the breath, to emotions, to thoughts. The more one practices, a greater sense of calm, clarity, focus and presence one can experience.
